I recently found a great use for my left over egg shells that I will share today. They contain about 1400mg of calcium. People need at least 500mg a day more or less depending on age and with the methods provided by this site, you'll be able to make your own calcium supplement for your diet too using some lemon juice and salt.
It important to note to eat a magnesium rich food with the supplement for it to work effectively such as Asian Radish.
