The rewild yourself section is concerning ways we can learn from primitive people or wild humans to strengthen are epigenetics. There nutrition was better and their bodies, mind, and teeth were better as a result of being close to the land. Many things such as cavities and autoimmune diseases cames as a result of overly processed foods and sugar.
Concerning myself I haven't had a cavity since I stop drinking soda and changed my diet to a healthier one. My last cavity stopped growing a few years ago and when I go to the dentist, it is checked to see if it has started to grow again. It hasn't so it doesn't need to be taken care of.
