I'm developing two distinctly different sodas for the next Fermentation Celebration. So far one stands out, as the one that I'll use. It is a type of ginger soda. I won't say which and what the recipe is because that's a secret between me and my mind.
It's been fun to taste their different flavors. The one on the left is one of the ginger soda varieties and the one of the right is a variety of blueberry soda.
So far I haven't found the right flavoring for the blueberry soda. The blueberry jam I used tasted like nothing so I'm going to make my own blueberry syrup from blueberries in the next batch.
