Farming Conference and Winter Foods

Yesterday, down in Southern Jeju Island, Mulme Healing Farm joined other farms in a  showcased horseriding, rice cake making, and traditional Jeju foods which include buckwheat pancakes, cooked thinly like crepes, rolled with radishes inside and for heartier food we had pork and seaweed soup.

MulMaru, an organic fermented sauce maker cooked the Pork and Seaweed Soup as well as JangGukJang stew. Meanwhile Yang Hejern's Family made buckwheat pancakes and a potter sold her handmade wares from our MulMaru table.
I went back and forth from the rice cake designing shop to taking people out on Brago, our horse. I felt such joy putting children on the horse and seeing there excited and sometimes a combination of excitement and fear. Actually, many adults were the same. It was wonderful to see Brago bring such joy to people.
