75.4 kilos is my current weight or 165 pounds.
I've tried all kinds of diets to see how my body responds and to get better muscle tone.
This last month, I've been eating maybe 40-45 grams a protein these last trying for 50 percent fat, 25 percent protein.
My body hasn't been getting more toned despite bodyweight exercises and interval sprinting.
So I started uping my protein content to eat a minimum Harvard Medical School's recommendation of .8grams of protein/kg of body weight.
I've noticed an immediate improvement in my energy levels and my want to work out.
