Native Teachers Sticking Together
Nong Hyup, the bank for teachers at Korean public schools bank system is not working in the entire country. I got lent money by a native teacher who works in the school next to me. The funny thing is I just met the man. He was leaving the bank when a friend of mine and I were entering the bank. My friend working at another nearby school knew him and let him know my situation. The new face explained the situation and lent my friend and I money so we could buy lunch. I'm thankful for this strangers sympathy for me. Native teachers sticking together to be sure.
