Spring Pictures

Spring is here and it's brought changes.

I'm trying to always opt out of the industrial agriculture system which means that my meat these days consists mostly of fish like the this mackerel in the photo my wife made for me on a special occasion.

I've made three batches of ginger beer so far.

 

Third batch, made with jujubes as well. 

I bottle with soju bottles. They are not designed for beer but they carb ginger beer nicely.

 

 I carried home some wooden crates to make a compost with. I hope to get started building soon.

I recently bought a hammer and a pick for building and wild harvests.
