The hills behind my school look like a good place to to find some wild shrubbery. Tomorrow morning I'll set off early to scope it out.
In the meantime, I've started fermenting garlicky tomatoes I bought from a store near Han Salim. I bough 10kg and took them home and put them in brine with 46 smash gloves of garlic. The taste before jarring them was great and when they ferment a little more, they'll taste awesome. I'm sorry to say I don't have photos but my camera broke. However, I think it will be delicious.
I have been looking for a proper place to buy some heirloom seeds. Unfortunately, I've yet to find anything resembling an herb even. I don't have a plot of land like Mike from Daegu has or had to grow root vegetables. I have a shady balcony with good light exposures some parts of the day. There will be limitations to overcome.
