Spring Day: Let the Wild Harvesting Season Begin
I set off to Soyosan to get mountain water and assess what is growing there now. I saw some beginings of , Mugwort, Dock, and even gasp Cannabis. More things are growing in other areas and I need to find them. There were two ajumma's at sepparate stands, one selling wild gathered foods and the other selling medicinal plants. I bought some Mugwort from one and kudzu from the other. I' m really thinking about buying a used bike to get into the countryside. Walking is taking to long to get from place to place.
