I'm happy to present Alchemists Ferment! at the Fermentation Celebration. Alchemists Ferment! is a developing line of fermented beverages and foods. Using different methods of fermenations and high quality ingredients I will bring you different from modern fast food.
For drinks I will offer a tasting of ginger soda, orangeade, kvass, blueberry sodas, and possibly some last minute additions.
I have a line of lacto-fermented sauces which try to present something natural healthy and delicious. We have taken on sauces to challenge what we know as ketchup, mayonaise yogurt sauces.
My sauces will be paired with food.
What I have are only for the adventurous and may not be available again. It's all one big experiment. Some of what we have is not for everyone. And that's a good thing.
Fermentation Celebration 2 is June 18 in Haebongchone. For a 20,000 entrance fee customers will receive a stamp book so they may have a sample from vendors who offer samples of yoghurt, kefir, beer, fermented sauces and foods.
Alchemists Ferment will be there to offer a tasting from 1-5pm. Alchemists Ferment! will be at Pinoy Mart and will be the first vendor on the vendor trail.
